When you’re in a hurry mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and warm coconut milk. If you have time try this:

  • 1 cup of Almond or coconut milk
  • ¼ cu[ of water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • A dash of cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • A dash of clove

Directions: Simmer all together for 1 minute.

 

Turmeric Tea

For this tea you will need to boil water and put in it ½ teaspoon grated turmeric, honey, black pepper, little lime. Let is simmer for 5-7 minutes. Strain it and your tea is ready.

Put some Turmeric powder in your scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Turmeric Soup

To make this soup you will need 4 cups of organic bone broth or veggie and 1 knuckle or chopped turmeric.
