The event takes place in a medical institution. Three different patients come to the doctor for examination.

The first patient to come for an examination complained of severe back pain. The doctor asked him how he got those pains? The patient explained that after working in the nightclub, he returned home early in the morning from the night shift. There were some noises coming from his bedroom and he immediately realized that a man was in the company of his wife. He entered the bedroom, but there was no one there except his wife. The patient explained that he noticed that the door to the balcony was open, so he went to see who was there. When he looked down from the balcony he saw a half – naked man running and getting dressed at the same time. Then he took the refrigerator and threw it at the man. The patient explained that so he strained his back.
The second patient who came to the doctor for examination looked as if he had been run over by a train. The doctor asked him what had happened to him. The patient explained that he was late for his new job that morning. The alarm did not ring in time and he did not have time to prepare for work. And it was the first working day, so he did not want to be too late. To get as far as possible in time, the patient explains that he ran and dressed at the same time. He did not understand how, but at one point someone threw a refrigerator right at him.
The third patient who came to the doctor for examination was in even worse condition than the previous two patients. The doctor was shocked. The doctor looked at him and asked what had happened to him and why he looked like that. The patient briefly replied that he was sitting on the refrigerator and suddenly someone threw him along with the refrigerator from the third floor of the building.

He happened to be half – naked at the same time when the nervous husband was looking for his wife’s lover. So while the nervous husband thought that exactly he was his wife’s lover, in fact the lover was hiding over the fridge. But at the same time as he threw the fridge off the terrace, he also threw his lover.
