This man is from Germany and is a world record holder for the number of modifications of his body. Rolf Buchholz has a total of 516 body modifications. With these modifications, Rolf became a Guinness World Record holder. Rolf got his first tattoo at the age of 40, but then simply became addicted to body decoration and wanted to make a new tattoo over and over again. Rolf has 453 piercings, 158 of which are on his lips and 37 piercings on his eyebrows. Rolf has piercings on his genitals as well, not 1 piercing but 278 piercings.
