When talking about divorce letters, there are always some things that people do which get back to them as quick as a boomerang. Today, we are going to share one very interesting divorce story with you, one which will make you laugh really hard but will also teach you a lesson or two. Here we go.
A husband was so unhappy with his wife that he wrote her a letter, saying that he is leaving her. In the letter he writes all about how he has been such a good husband for the period of seven years that they’ve been together, how he did everything for her, but he felt like she never appreciated it. The last two weeks have been the biggest hell he has ever went through. He found out that she has quit her job, and prepared a meal for her that she didn’t even notice, like she didn’t notice his new haircut and his silky boxers. The husband is certain that she either does not love him anymore, or that she is cheating on him. He realized that they don’t have something in common which could connect them as husband and wife. So he decided to leave her.
In the PS section he mentioned that he had the wife’s sister are moving away and he said for her not to bother coming after them. When the wife read this letter, she replied to it immediately.
She was more than thrilled to receive his letter, and although they have been married for such a long time, she could never completely stand him. When he cooked her favorite meal for her she was offended because she had stopped eating pork about the time they got married, so he must have confused her with her sister. She also mentioned in the letter that she had noticed his haircut, but it was so bad that she did not want to say anything because she did not want to upset him. When it comes to the boxers, she prayed that that one was just a coincidence, because the price tag was still on, reading 50 dollars, and her sister asked for 50 dollars the same morning. But, despite everything, until this moment, she still thought they could both work it out.
When she was notified that she had win the lottery for 10 million dollars, she was thrilled. That is why she quit her job and bought two tickets to Jamaica. Unfortunately, when she got home the husband was gone. Nevertheless, she is still happy about it, because it turns out that everything happens for a reason. She only hopes that he gets the life he wants. Upon consulting with her lawyer, she is certain that he will not get a dime from her money.
And do you want to know what her PS said? It said that in all the time they were married, she never told her husband that her sister was actually her brother before all the surgeries, so she hopes that he will work that small detail out. What a divorce, right?
