9 Year Old Boy with Cancer gets Dying Wish to Meet his Newborn Sister

In life there are good but also really bad news, deeds, events .. Death as well as living are part of the circle of life and there is nothing to be done to change it.
In this story we will meet a 9-year-old boy from Britain, Bailey Cooper who was fulfilling his last mission in life. His mission was to last long enough to meet his unborn sister. The disease that quietly killed the young 9 year old boy was diagnosed in 2016. His diagnosis was Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It is a form of cancer that spreads to the lymphatic system, which means that white blood cells that are meant to fight infections begin to multiply abnormally and spread to vital organs, causing tumors. Unfortunately, Bailey was diagnosed with cancer in the third stage when he underwent chemotherapy, after which he went into remission in February 2017, and then had examinations every 3 months. Sadly, Bailey and his parents soon received bad news. The cancer has reappeared. Bailey underwent chemotherapy again and there was a good chance he would go into remission. But the tumors had already done great damage to his organs, so Bailey also underwent a stem cell transplant. Despite little hope that Bailey would be well, the cancer returned within a few months. Unfortunately, it was too late to save the 9 year old boy.

Bailey’s last days

Bailey suffered terrible pains that increased day by day. He had a wish for everyone to wear superhero costumes at his funeral. He got all the toys he wanted, but none of them were actually for him, but he chose toys for his unborn sister. In the last moments of his life, Bailey was with his family and friends. His death occurred on Christmas Eve. He named his sister Millie. It meant gentle strength. That was the reason why he lasted so long. He wanted to meet his sister.

May he rest in peace and may the angels show him the way to paradise.
